運(yùn)動控制平臺VDM-018

        VDM-018系列二維運(yùn)動平臺采用二維整體設(shè)計,通過步進(jìn)或伺服電機(jī)控制,實現(xiàn)空間X Y兩軸調(diào)整自動化,方便與或其它方式檢測集成。同時可以根據(jù)客戶的需要提供相機(jī)、光源等器件多自由度安裝的夾具。

         關(guān)鍵零部件:精密滾珠螺桿,彈性聯(lián)軸器均為高質(zhì)量產(chǎn)品,并提供平臺質(zhì)量保證。電機(jī)與滾珠螺桿通過彈性聯(lián)軸器連接,排除空回及加工形位誤差;相對運(yùn)動部分采用交叉滾柱導(dǎo)軌滾動摩擦;安裝限位開關(guān)保護(hù)產(chǎn)品;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口,方便信號傳輸;臺面可裝卡載物玻璃,底座有螺紋及通孔兩種固定方式,可根據(jù)具體情況方便安裝。
